ElectronicOutlet.ca deploys most items within hours of receiving an order for the fastest possible shipping.

Track You Package

Your user account will have all the information you need to view the progress of your item. It's easy, just login and click 'my account'. There you will see your orders, just select 'view' to retrieve tracking and other pertinent information.

Local Pickup Available

Customers in Ontario have the ability to request Free Pickup in Mississauga while going through the checkout process on most items. One full business day is required for this service. Please bring identification and the credit card used for the purchase. If using PayPal, a printout of the PayPal confirmation is required.

The Item I Just Ordered is now 'Sold Out'

Don't panic! Actually, feel lucky! This just means that you got the last one on the shelf.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel sales of a customer without notification. In this case, ElectronicOutlet.ca will refund the customer's credit card or PayPal transaction in full. If this is the case, we are not obliged to inform the customer as this is only carried out if fraudulent purchases are suspected. Please contact us if you believe your order was canceled accidentally.

USA & International Shipping

ElectronicOutlet.ca ships within USA (lower 48 states). We do not include shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states; more specifically, Hawaii and Alaska when quoting shipping costs to the USA.

ElectronicOutlet.ca does not fulfill international orders outside of continental USA or Canada through our website shopping cart; however, we have shipped items all over the world from our Canadian location. If you are interested in a product but you live outside of North America, please contact us.

Orders placed from computers outside of continental North America (determined by IP address) will not be shipped. If a customer wishes to place an order as such for delivery within our shipping boundaries, please contact us prior to placing the order.

US Customs

We are obligated by law to include the correct costs on all paperwork traveling over the border and therefore maintain no responsibility for fees, if any, charged by US customs. These fees, if any, are not included in fixed S/H charges, or quotes provided by us.

Confirmed Address & Credit Cards and PayPal

Items of considerable value may only be shipped to:

  • Buyers with 'PayPal confirmed' addresses (USA only)
  • Buyers with Major Credit Cards confirmation
  • Buyers paying with money order or cashiers cheque / confirmed (USA or Canada)
    Signatures are always required upon delivery of our items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and with the service you receive. Everything listed on our website is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item under our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise detailed under our Limited Return Policy.

Standard Return Policy

Your satisfaction is what counts at ElectronicOutlet.ca. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange on most products within 14 days. Please contact us at 905-816-9976 for further details. Please note that certain items are considered special orders or consumables, and these products may not be returnable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges and handling fees for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund. In addition there may be a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return. If the item is refused and returned to the manufacturer, any return freight costs will also be deducted from the refund.

For products that arrive damaged or out of error or cannot be fixed with replacement parts, ElectronicOutlet.ca will pay for a replacement to be shipped if the damage, shortage or miss-shipment is properly signed for. If damage, shortage or loss is not signed for, the manufacturer may not be able to ship replacements. Please consult our replacements policy for further details. If the customer does not want parts or a replacement unit, the product may be returned for credit as detailed above.

All canceled orders will be confirmed by ElectronicOutlet.ca in writing: if you have not received a confirmation, your order has not been canceled. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and costs for round-trip shipping will be deducted from refunds if orders are refused. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such, the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred as detailed above.

Any order that is refused or returned because the customer does not like the product, no longer wants the product, or believed the order was canceled is considered a 'buyer's remorse return', and credit will be issued as detailed above.

All credits for returned items will be processed once the products are returned to the distribution center. If you have any questions regarding our return policy before or after placing an order, please contact our customer service department 905-816-9976.

Limited Return Policy

Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Electric shavers, home spa products, massage chairs, and dental product cannot be returned if opened.
  • AV furniture that has been assembled or removed from its original packaging.
  • Consumables in the form of batteries, recordable CDs/DVDs, cassette tapes, DLP & LCD Rear Projection Lamps or lighbulbs cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

Some items are sold under the condition of 'Final Sale'. Final-Sale items do not qualify for the Standard Return Policy. A notification will be listed below the add to cart button on the item detail page to show if an item is Final Sale.

Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty applies to items purchased on ElectronicOutlet.ca. Following 14 days of receiving an item, if found to be unsatisfactory for any reason, please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim. If you have trouble finding the correct manufacturer contact information, we will be happy to assist. Most manufacturers have local service centres in populated areas in Canada and can usually be found on the manufacturer's website.
